Who we are

Chris is a seasoned consultant and leadership development expert who holds a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School and a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University.

After witnessing the limitations of traditional leadership development approaches—many of which failed to address entrenched power structures—Chris joined HolacracyOne to help pioneer more adaptive and equitable systems of work, driven by a deep commitment to transforming how organizations operate. He has worked with a wide range of commercial, nonprofit, and governmental clients to evolve their management practices, and has taught graduate courses at Harvard University and Georgetown University.
